1-3-6 Rule, Early Detection of Hearing & Intervention (EHDI), is implemented towards babies early Identification of hearing loss & Intervention to develop Speech/Language/Communication with many such goals to achieve age appropriately by providing Cochlear implant.
By the month 1, babies are early identified by screening for hearing loss.

By the month 6, babies are further enrolled in the treatment plan through hearing aids, medical & educational services to acquire Language & Communication age appropriately experiencing quality life.
